How to exercise to cure frozen shoulder

Frozen shoulder can be cured with proper functional exercises. Exercise methods include bending and shaking the shoulder, external rotation exercise, wall climbing exercise, and pulling the hand behind the body.
1. Bending over and shaking the shoulder: bend forward at a 45-degree angle, straighten the arm of the side with frozen shoulder to do the shoulder joint’s circular movement. Note that the range of motion should not be too large, too fast, first small, then large, first slow, then fast.
2. Pulling hands behind the body: stretch both hands backward, hold the wrist of the hand on the side with frozen shoulder with one hand, slowly lift it upward, stop when there is obvious pain, restore the original position, and then repeat the cycle.
3. Climbing wall exercise: stand in front of a wall, both hands upward and constantly do climbing movements, can be driven by the arms.
4. Rowing circle exercise: both arms in the air around the circle or up and down the circle.
Functional exercise for frozen shoulder should be carried out under the guidance of professional rehabilitation physicians to avoid using the wrong exercise method, which will aggravate the condition. At the same time, you should pay attention to keep warm and avoid local cold, which will help the recovery of frozen shoulder.
