Can you recover from a brain attack speech disorder?

Some of the brain infarction patients with speech disorders can fully recover after active and correct treatment, but some of them may have some sequelae. Language disorders include dysarthria and aphasia, of which dysarthria refers to patients’ difficulty in articulation, abnormal articulation, unclear pronunciation but correct phrasing. It is mainly caused by the paralysis of articulatory organ muscles, total disorders and increased muscle tone. Aphasia mainly includes motor aphasia, sensory aphasia and mixed aphasia. Motor aphasia means that the patient cannot speak but can understand the meaning of others’ speech; sensory aphasia means that the patient can speak but cannot understand the meaning of others’ speech; mixed aphasia means that the patient can neither speak nor understand the meaning of others’ speech. Speech impairment in patients with cerebral infarction is usually seen in left-sided brain lesions.
