Approach to post-coronary angiography care

At present, the most commonly used coronary angioplasty is radial artery access, and the main points of care are as follows: 1. Keep the wrist joint straight after surgery, with a soft pillow underneath. 2. Brake the wrist joint for 8 hours without wrist flexion and weight-bearing exercises, but the shoulder joint and elbow joint can move freely. 3. Observe the operation port every 15 minutes for one hour after surgery, and every hour for 2-8 hours. 4. Venipuncture, blood pressure measurement, and extraction of heavy objects are prohibited. 5. Patients are instructed to do fist clenching and relaxation exercises 3-5 times per hour. 6. If patients go to the toilet after surgery and have dizziness and other discomfort to urinate and defecate in bed, if there are no symptoms, the activities are not restricted.
