Pink tumors are most commonly found on the head, face, chest and back, but also tend to appear in the armpits, perineum, buttocks, etc. They mainly grow in areas rich in sebaceous glands, as they are caused by sebaceous glands clogging the pores. Most of them grow under the skin and protrude from the skin surface. The most thorough and effective treatment is surgical removal. If the powdery tumor becomes infected or even purulent, then anti-infection treatment is needed at the same time, either oral anti-inflammatory drugs or topical anti-inflammatory ointment, or if it becomes purulent, then surgical incision and drainage is needed.
