Low-grade bladder cancer is one of the histologic grades of bladder cancer.
In 2004, the World Health Organization officially announced a new bladder cancer grading system, which classifies uroepithelial tumors into low malignant potential papillary uroepithelial tumors, low-grade uroepithelial carcinoma, and high-grade uroepithelial carcinoma. The grading of bladder cancer is closely related to its recurrence and invasive behavior. Low-grade uroepithelial carcinoma is less malignant and better differentiated.
The main symptom of bladder cancer is painless hematuria of the naked eye, which can also be accompanied by urinary urgency and frequency, and some patients may also suffer from urinary pain, difficulty in urination and urinary retention. Treatment modes include surgery, bladder perfusion treatment, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Patients with early stage of bladder cancer have better prognosis after timely and regular treatment.
If bladder cancer exists, one should go to the hospital in time and take treatment measures under doctor’s guidance, so as to detect it as early as possible and treat it as early as possible.
