There is no easy way to recover from glaucoma. Depending on the severity of the disease, patients need to be treated with medication such as Trichostatin, laser therapy and surgery to restore normalcy. 1. Medication: For acute attacks or less serious glaucoma, drugs such as brucine, brinzolamide and brimonidine tartrate can be used to control intraocular pressure in time and save vision. 2. Laser treatment: If the patient’s condition worsens, or if the patient has open-angle glaucoma, closed-angle glaucoma, or refractory glaucoma, laser surgery is needed, and commonly used surgical methods include laser peripheral iridectomy, ciliary body photocoagulation, and so on. 3. Surgical treatment: If necessary, it can be dealt with by surgical methods such as implantation of drainage device and trabeculectomy, but symptoms such as vision loss may occur. Glaucoma patients should consult the doctor in time, and actively follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, not self-medication.
