Precautions for taking common drugs in rheumatology

  1.In order to monitor the toxic side effects of drugs, all immunosuppressants need to be regularly rechecked during the period of taking blood routine, urine routine, liver function, kidney function; 2.Special attention should be paid to the monitoring of white blood cells and liver function: when the blood white blood cells are less than 4000/ml or ALT/AST is more than 80u/l, the drug should be stopped and come to the hospital to avoid serious consequences or life threatening.  3.After the first visit, a half-monthly review is required, and monthly reviews can be conducted afterwards.  4.Take the hormone before 8:00 a.m. every day to reduce side effects. Do not take it more than once a day, and monitor blood sugar, lipids and blood pressure when necessary.  5.Methotrexate should be taken only once a week, and it is better to take it at night before going to bed, remember not to take it every day.
