There is no difference between mecobalamin and methylcobalamin, they refer to the same drug, mecobalamin is the trade name and methylcobalamin is the chemical name. Micobal includes two preparations, one is a methylcobalamin tablet and the other is an injectable preparation of methylcobalamin.
