There are different observations for different blood tests. In the case of routine blood tests, the first thing to look at is whether the white blood cells as well as the platelet and hemoglobin counts in the routine blood tests are normal. If the white blood cell count is above normal, this is usually due to inflammation, and if the white blood cell count is too low, it is necessary to consider whether it is due to abnormal stem cell hematopoietic function of the body. If the hemoglobin is lower than normal, this is generally considered to be due to anemia. If the platelets are low, this is generally considered to be due to disorders of the body’s immune system, splenomegaly, hypersplenism and other causes of excessive platelet destruction, which in turn causes low platelet count. If we look at the liver function, kidney function, blood glucose and blood biochemistry, we will mainly look at the glutathione, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and albumin count. If the value of glucose, urea nitrogen, creatinine, etc. exceeds the normal value, it is generally considered to be due to liver and kidney damage and high blood sugar. In the case of urine routine, the main concern is whether the occult blood is positive and whether there are white blood cells in the urine. If the urine is positive for leukocytes or sugar, it is generally considered to be an endocrine disease. If there is occult blood in the urine, it is generally considered to be caused by stones, etc.
