What does a P1-RADS score of 4 mean?

P1-RADS4 suggests possible prostate cancer. P1-RADS refers to the evaluation of prostate MRI by comparing different parameters. 3 is an intermediate level, below 3 are mostly benign tumors, above 3 most are malignant, so a score of 4 is likely to be prostate cancer. This test is an imaging test and cannot be used alone to determine cancer, but needs to be confirmed by a pathologic biopsy. Prostate tumor usually manifests as abnormal urination, abnormal sexual function, swelling and pain in the affected area; patients may manifest symptoms such as weak urination, urinary bifurcation, impotence and premature ejaculation. Patients with a P1-RADS evaluation of 4 points need to go to a regular hospital in time to make a diagnosis through pathological biopsy, and do the treatment early; patients should not use medication on their own to avoid adverse results.
