Causes of enlarged pores in the facial triangle

Enlarged pores in the facial triangle may be caused by physiological factors such as inadequate local cleansing and decreased skin elasticity, or they may be caused by diseases such as seborrheic dermatitis. 1. Physiological factors: If the local cleaning is not in place, the secretions will accumulate in the pores, resulting in the facial triangle pore size. As the skin elasticity decreases, the support structure around the hair follicles will also become loose, which may cause the shape of the skin pores to change, and some people will have symptoms of enlarged pores in the facial triangle. 2. Seborrheic dermatitis: It is a disease that occurs in the sebaceous overflow area, and its cause is related to genetics, diet and other factors. Usually the size of the pores and sebaceous glands have a positive correlation, for seborrheic dermatitis patients, due to the facial triangle sebum secretion, so it will lead to localized enlarged pores. There are many reasons for enlarged pores in the facial triangle. After eliminating physiological factors, patients are advised to seek medical examination for a clear diagnosis.
