Whether bowel sounds are augmented or diminished in intestinal obstruction

Intestinal obstruction can be divided into several types, including mechanical intestinal obstruction in which the bowel sounds are in the state of hyperactive and enhanced; hemodynamic intestinal obstruction in which the bowel sounds are in the state of weakening; and dynamic intestinal obstruction can be divided into paralytic intestinal obstruction and spasticity intestinal obstruction, in which the former bowel sounds are in the state of weakening, and the latter bowel sounds have no obvious strength or weakness, but the duration of the bowel sounds is longer. 1. Mechanical intestinal obstruction: this type of intestinal obstruction is more common, the diagnosis and treatment can be found in the bowel sounds in the hyperactive, enhanced state, and the frequency is high, about 6 times per minute. However, with the aggravation of symptoms, the bowel sounds will gradually weaken. 2. Hematogenous intestinal obstruction: this kind of intestinal obstruction is mostly caused by vascular lesions in the intestinal wall, which often shows peristaltic obstruction and easily causes abdominal pain, and the intestinal sounds are mostly in the weakened state. 3. Dynamic intestinal obstruction: this type of intestinal obstruction is divided into paralytic and spasmodic two types, the former intestinal obstruction occurs after abdominal trauma, the intestinal tract is paralyzed, intestinal sounds are small and gradually weakened; the latter occurs after intestinal dysfunction, easy to appear a longer duration of intestinal sounds. Through the intestinal sound state may not be able to accurately determine whether the intestinal obstruction, patients who find themselves abnormal intestinal sound, should promptly consult a doctor for examination, after a clear diagnosis, as soon as possible to carry out targeted treatment.
