The cystic structure in the right ovary is considered to be an ovarian cyst, depending on the size of the cyst and its rate of growth. If the cyst is small, it may be a developing follicle or the ovary may not have atresia after the egg has been released, which is a normal physiologic change, and can be rechecked after a period of time. If the ovarian cyst is relatively large, excluding the above possibilities, there is a possibility that it may produce symptoms of compression of the surrounding tissues, and there is also the possibility of torsion of the ovarian cyst tip, which may present as a clinical acute abdominal manifestation. In this case, surgery should be considered, because the use of drugs or conservative treatment is not effective, surgery can be once and for all, completely eradicate the larger ovarian cysts.
