Basic goals and rehabilitation components of early stroke rehabilitation

  The basic goals of early rehabilitation are: to prevent disuse syndrome, limb spasm, misuse syndrome and overuse syndrome, and to prevent complications such as muscle spasm, joint contracture, shoulder-hand syndrome and shoulder subluxation, etc., and to lay the foundation for systematic rehabilitation in the future.  The content of early rehabilitation mainly includes: good limb positioning, joint mobility training, movement transfer training, moderate active and passive movement and basic ADL training, necessary bedside speech, swallowing and articulation training, psychological support, etc. Pay attention to the protection of the shoulder joint during the delayed paralysis period, prevent the shoulder joint from subluxation due to the prolonged drooping of the upper limb, prevent complications such as shoulder-hand syndrome and deep vein thrombosis of the lower limb, and actively deal with the dysfunction of urination and defecation.
