What is sliding cryptorchidism

Sliding cryptorchidism is when the testicle is at the entrance of the scrotum, and under relaxation, the testicle enters the scrotum, and under contraction of the scrotum, the testicle contracts into the inguinal canal. Early surgery is recommended for this type of cryptorchidism. Surgery is relatively simple and can be performed through an inguinal incision to locate the testis and fix it effectively in the meatus layer. This can effectively prevent the high temperature of the inguinal canal from affecting the spermatogenic function of the normal spermatogenic tubules of the testis, and effectively prevent infertility from occurring. For this type of cryptorchidism, the earlier and more effective the surgery is, the very low impact on fertility.
