There is no easy way to expel urethral stones. For stones with small diameter, they may be discharged on their own; for stones located in the anterior urethra, when they cannot be discharged, tweezers can be used to forcep out the stones through the urethral orifice; for urethral stones with exceptionally large diameter, surgical treatment should be considered. Urethral calculi are small in diameter and may be expelled from the body on their own. Patients should increase the amount of water they drink and urinate repeatedly to promote the expulsion of calculi from the body. Urethral stones that are large in diameter and located in the anterior urethra can be extracted with forceps through the urethral orifice. If the diameter of urethral stones is particularly large and cannot be discharged using the above methods, surgical treatment should be considered, such as urethral stone extraction, urethral laser lithotripsy, and so on. During stone removal, the patient should observe the situation of stone discharge, and consult the doctor for review, so as to avoid retaining residual stones in the body.
