What’s wrong with the left side of your body?

When pain occurs on the left side of the body, it is necessary to determine where in the limb the pain is located, and also whether the pain is in the bones or in the soft tissues. If the pain is around a joint, consider whether there is a lesion or injury to the soft tissues surrounding the joint, as well as to the structures associated with the joint. If the pain is in a non-articular location, consider whether it is localized to blood vessels or nerves, or whether it is localized to soft tissue or bone. If the pain is in the soft tissues or bones, it is usually made significantly worse by movement of the limb. If the pain is localized due to nerve and blood vessel irritation or disease, the pain will generally be felt within the distribution of the nerves or blood vessels. Therefore, it is important to go to a regular hospital and ask a specialist to conduct an examination and, if necessary, an auxiliary examination, in order to diagnose the cause of the pain.
