Can you have a normal labor with abnormal leukorrhea?

Abnormal leukorrhea is usually amenable to labor.
Leukorrhea is mostly a manifestation of lesions caused by various vaginitis such as trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginitis, vulvovaginal pseudomycosis and others. It is possible to have a normal labor with vaginitis, it is not an indication for cesarean section.
However, vaginitis can cause adverse pregnancy events and risk of transmission to the newborn during delivery, such as trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis, which can lead to premature rupture of membranes, preterm labor, and low-birth-weight babies. Trichomonas vaginitis and vulvovaginal pseudomycosis can also be transmitted to the newborn via the soft birth canal during delivery, causing respiratory and reproductive tract infections or neonatal thrush.
Therefore, pregnant women with vaginitis should be screened and actively treated for vaginitis. Active treatment of pregnant women with vaginitis can reduce symptoms, minimize transmission, and prevent puerperal and neonatal infections.
