Cirrhosis patients with massive ascites mainly take general treatment, drug treatment, surgical treatment and so on. 1. General treatment: patients with ascites should pay attention to high vitamin and high calorie diet, and at the same time, they should consume more food rich in high quality protein to improve hypoproteinemia, and they should limit the intake of sodium salt. 2. Drug treatment: mainly take diuretics, such as furosemide, spironolactone and so on to promote urination, but the drugs must be used under the guidance of the doctor. But the drugs must be used under the guidance of the doctor. And at the same time of taking the drugs, the systemic intravenous infusion of albumin is needed to improve the hypoproteinemia. 3.
