Can ovulation disorders be cured?

Ovulation disorders cannot be truly cured. The principle of treatment is to treat the problems caused by ovulation disorders by controlling them. Patients with ovulation disorders are usually combined with menstrual problems and even abnormal uterine bleeding, which need to be treated in conjunction with the patient’s age, fertility requirements and menstrual characteristics. Ovulation disorders usually occur in younger women, or in women with reduced ovarian function after the age of 40, and both are treated differently. When the patient does not have fertility requirements, the principle of treatment is to stop bleeding and adjust the menstrual cycle. If the patient has fertility requirements, the main goal of treatment is to promote ovulation, and when ovulation is normal, menstruation will be normalized accordingly. In people with ovulation disorders, especially adolescents, it is easier to see obese patients, who need to do lifestyle modification and weight loss treatment along with menstrual cycle adjustment and hemostasis treatment, and to maintain it for life.
