The treatment of nephritis generally includes immunosuppressive therapy and symptomatic supportive therapy for glomerulonephritis. Immunosuppressive therapy mainly involves the application of glucocorticosteroids or combined immunosuppressive agents, such as cyclosporine, tacrolimus, tretinoin, mertiomacrophenol ester, leflunomide, cyclophosphamide, and so on. Symptomatic supportive treatment mainly includes effective control of blood pressure, and the preferred antihypertensive drugs are angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor antagonists. Patients with edema can apply short-term diuretic and decongestant drugs, and need to apply antiplatelet aggregation or anticoagulant drugs, such as aspirin, dipyridamole, heparin sodium and so on.
