How to use antigen detection reagents

Antigen detection reagents generally refer to new coronavirus antigen detection kits, which are used by self-sampling, sample processing, testing, and result interpretation. First of all, you need to use a disposable sampling swab into the nasal cavity 1.5cm, and then the left and right side of the nasal cavity were sampled, and rotated 4 times, or a disposable sampling swab into the oropharyngeal area rotated 4 times to take samples. Secondly, after sampling, the nasal swab or oropharyngeal swab needs to be inserted into the sample eluent tube, and the swab head needs to be rotated in the eluent for 30 seconds to confuse, and then 4 drops of eluent from the eluent tube will be put into the sample holes of the test card, and then finally, wait for 15~30 minutes to check the result. If only the red C line appears in the novel coronavirus antigen test kit, the result is negative, indicating that no novel coronavirus antigen is detected. If the C and T lines turn red, it means that neocoronavirus infection is suspected and another nucleic acid test and imaging test are needed. In addition, if the C-line does not show coloration the test is invalid. It is recommended that the Neocoronavirus Antigen Test can be used according to the instruction manual or under the guidance of a physician. In addition, the Neocoronavirus Antigen Test should be used within 1 hour after opening.
