Unstable center of gravity may be related to physiological factors, or it may be caused by cervical spondylosis, insufficient cerebral blood supply, benign positional vertigo, and so on.
1. Physiological factors: For example, when a woman wears high heels for the first time, the phenomenon of unstable center of gravity may occur. It may also be due to a large amount of alcohol at one time, the phenomenon of drunkenness, thus showing an unstable center of gravity, walking staggering.
2. Cervical spondylosis: common in the spinal cord cervical spondylosis, easy to lead to local nerve compression, resulting in dysfunction of the compressed nerves, which may cause an unstable center of gravity, walking as if stepping on cotton, may also be accompanied by numbness of the hands, feet numbness, weakness of the limbs and other symptoms.
3. Insufficient cerebral blood supply: due to poor blood circulation in the cerebral arteries, resulting in insufficient supply of blood and oxygen to the local brain tissues, which may cause unsteady center of gravity, and may be accompanied by dizziness, headache, weakness and other manifestations.
4. Benign positional vertigo: usually due to a sudden change in head position, resulting in otoliths falling to the semicircular canals, causing stimulation of the cell membranes in the semicircular canals, resulting in benign positional vertigo, which may cause an unstable center of gravity, and may be accompanied by ocular nystagmus, visual rotation and other manifestations.
If the center of gravity is unsteady and physiological factors are ruled out, medical attention should be sought as soon as possible.
