If there is continuous vaginal bleeding and menstruation does not stop, the possibility of pregnancy-related diseases should be investigated, and the possibility of ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage should be considered. In such cases, HCG and ultrasonography should be performed to initially rule out or clarify the possibility of ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. If menstruation still does not stop after pregnancy-related diseases have been ruled out, hysteroscopy should be performed to find out whether there are abnormal growths in the uterine cavity, and endometrial scraping should be performed to give appropriate treatment according to the pathological results after scraping. For ovarian cysts, regular monitoring is also required, as well as ultrasound examination once every 1-2 months and serum tumor marker tests for follow-up monitoring.
