Criteria for high quality CPR

In 2015, the American Heart Association made an update to the 2010 CPR guidelines, putting forward the concept of high-quality CPR with a total of 5 points, including:1. Compression frequency should be performed at 100-120 compressions per minute.2. Compression depth should be 5-6 cm for adults and about 1/3 of the thickness of the thorax for infants and children, i.e., about 4 cm for infants and 5 cm for children.3. Avoid The new guidelines have weakened ventilation. 4. Let the chest fully rebound. 5. These are the 5 criteria for high-quality CPR.
