Is the location of stomach cancer pain fixed?

The location of gastric cancer pain is not fixed. Most gastric cancer patients have pain in the upper abdomen, and there may be pain under the glabella. Some patients have mild pain, vague pain or distension, some have slightly more pronounced pain, some have pain during fasting, and some have pain after eating, that is, the pain is not related to the patient’s diet. When patients have symptoms such as upper abdominal discomfort, they need to do gastroscopy in time because it may be caused by gastric ulcer or gastric cancer. If treatment is done after clear diagnosis, for ulcerative lesions are benign lesions, oral medication is sufficient, and gastroscopy will be reviewed again after one month. If it is gastric cancer, it is a malignant tumor that needs surgery, because the tumor may metastasize and may recur, and regular checkups are needed after surgery.
