Usually referred to as mesalazine, mesalazine is primarily used to treat ulcerative colitis, among other things, and is not recommended for undiagnosed patients.
Mesalazine is available for both rectal and oral administration. Rectal administration is mainly used for the treatment of ulcerative colitis, but also for the treatment of rectal-type ulcerative colitis. Oral administration is mainly used for the treatment of ulcerative colitis, which can treat acute exacerbations of ulcerative colitis as well as preventing recurrences, and it can also be used in patients with frequent exacerbations of Crohn’s disease, which can prevent acute exacerbations.
Adverse effects of this product include bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, colitis, headache, dizziness, rash, acne, etc. It is contraindicated in patients who are or may be allergic to salicylates or aminosalicylates and any of the ingredients in the suppository carrier.
It is recommended that patients who are unwell go to the regular hospital in time, after a clear diagnosis, follow the doctor’s instructions for symptomatic treatment, patients who have not been diagnosed are not recommended to take this product.
