The function of cardia can be strengthened through dietary regulation, medication and surgery. 1. Dietary regulation: Eat small and frequent meals, and don’t overfill each meal to avoid greater pressure on the cardia. Diet should be light and easy to digest, avoiding spicy, greasy and stimulating food, and try to stand up after meals instead of lying down. 2. Medication: Domperidone tablets, omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and other medicines can be used under doctor’s guidance to increase gastrointestinal power, promote peristalsis, and make cardia tighten to a certain extent. If there are intestinal disorder symptoms, you can take omeprazole capsules and other drugs to improve the treatment. 3. Surgery: If the cardia is too loose, you can choose to undergo cardia relaxation and tightening surgery. If the cardia can’t exercise physiological function, you can consider fundoplication, cardia longitudinal incision of extramucosal muscle layer. If the symptoms of flaccid cardia appear, it is recommended to go to regular hospital for standardized treatment in time to avoid delaying the condition.
