3. Gout stone and chronic arthritis stage: characteristic gout stone manifestation occurs in this stage, occurring in the auricle or around the joints, manifested as white growths of different sizes. Those without standardized treatment are transformed into chronic arthritis, which manifests as joint swelling and pain.
