There is no specific time limit for how long a vaccination can be postponed, and it needs to be considered in the light of the type of vaccine administered, the vaccinator’s own physical condition, and so on. Children should be vaccinated on time as much as possible, and if there are special circumstances that require postponement of the vaccination, the period of postponement should be shortened as much as possible. If the vaccinated person is completely healthy and does not have fever, cold and other uncomfortable symptoms, for continuous vaccination, the delay time is best controlled within one week; for discontinuous vaccination, it can be delayed for about half a month to one month. However, if the vaccinated person has a physical abnormality or illness, the potential risk of vaccination before healing is higher, and the catch-up vaccination should be given within a specified period of time after healing. Children who are delayed in receiving the vaccine will have basically no effect on their health as long as the catch-up vaccination is not given beyond the prescribed period. In addition, it is recommended to pay attention to personal hygiene and dietary health in normal life, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more warm water and pay attention to rest.
