The following clinical examinations can be chosen to rule out heart attack: i. ECG examination, patients with heart attack will find Q wave or ST segment elevation after ECG examination; ii. serum marker examination, serum myocardial markers will be significantly elevated in patients with heart attack; iii. routine blood examination, biochemical examination and blood sedimentation examination are also common ways to examine the heart; iv. coronary angiography can be considered in severe patients. Stents can be implanted if necessary. Patients with heart attack may have angina pectoris symptoms due to binge drinking, overeating or mental stimulation, or heavy physical work, and some patients may experience indescribable body discomfort and arrhythmia in the early stage of the disease.
