Why are your feet sore from the rain?

When it rains, the symptoms of sore feet should be considered in the presence of inflammation of the ankle or the joints around the ankle. Once chronic inflammation of the joints around the ankle occurs, especially in patients with chronic inflammation triggered by cold irritation, blood circulation to the tissue structures around the ankle becomes significantly impaired, and the symptoms worsen significantly on rainy days or after cold irritation. Symptoms can be relieved by proper baking treatment, or by soaking the feet in hot water. Patients who suffer from sore feet after rain because of localized inflammation usually experience localized pain, or soreness and discomfort in general. There is another reason that can also trigger the symptoms of sore feet after rain. If the local area has been sprained, contusion, or even fracture, once there is a stale injury, it will lead to localized soreness after rainy weather, or cold stimulation, mainly because of the existence of localized injurious scarring triggered.
