What is vaginal ringing?

The vaginal ringing is the vaginal exhaust, which is usually seen in women who have a loose vagina after childbirth and occurs during intercourse. This is because when women’s vaginal walls are lax, the friction during intercourse may cause outside gas to enter the vagina, so a noticeable vaginal noise can be heard when the gas is expelled. However, for most women who have not given birth, vaginal ringing is not frequent and can be treated without any special treatment as it only occurs occasionally. If the vaginal ringing is frequent and serious after delivery and is accompanied by tension incontinence, consider doing contraction exercises to contract the pelvic floor muscles and, if necessary, pelvic floor rehabilitation to stimulate the vaginal wall muscles with electricity to promote their contraction recovery, which will help relieve the symptoms.
