What’s wrong with the pain under the center of my chest?

Hidden pain below the center of the chest may be caused by heart disease, muscle injury and reflux esophagitis.
1. Heart disease: mainly due to various causes of myocardial ischemia, causing insufficient blood supply leading to vague pain in the chest, which will be accompanied by radiating pain.
2. Muscle injury: after trauma or strenuous exercise, the chest muscles are injured, which will cause hidden pain below the middle of the chest.
3. Reflux esophagitis: when stomach acid goes back to the esophagus, the esophageal reflex zones, such as the middle and bottom of the chest, the back, and the shoulders, will show symptoms of hidden pain.
There are many reasons for vague pain in the middle and lower part of the chest, so it is recommended to go to a regular hospital to do chest CT to clarify the cause of the disease and actively treat it.
