Patients with muscle spasms in the arm are likely to exhibit the following symptoms: 1. There may be localized and very noticeable pain. When there is muscle spasm in the arm, there will be obvious pain in the localization of the spasm. If it persists and cannot be relieved, it may even cause pain in the whole arm.2. There may be some abnormal activities of the limbs.
