Third, bleeding due to systemic related diseases, such as prolonged hypertension, heart disease, vitamin K deficiency, or related blood disease attacks that cause the nasal mucosa to erode and rupture. Patients need to go to the hospital for detailed examination of electronic rhinoscopy, blood routine, coagulation mechanism, as well as blood pressure and heart condition, to identify the cause and carry out local symptomatic treatment, in order to gradually improve and avoid recurrent attacks.
