Can you get a new coronavirus from a wound that accidentally touches a doorknob?

It is possible to get infected with neocoronavirus when a wound accidentally touches a doorknob.
After the saliva of a patient with neocoronavirus pneumonia contaminates the doorknob, the neocoronavirus will remain on the doorknob, and when the wound or other parts of the body come into contact with the doorknob, and then come into contact with one’s own mouth or nose, one can be infected with neocoronavirus through the respiratory tract. However, if only a wound comes into contact with a door handle contaminated with Neocoronavirus, it is usually not infected.
There are two modes of transmission of neocoronavirus: one is respiratory transmission, in which the human body is infected when inhaling saliva containing neocoronavirus exhaled by a patient with neocoronavirus; and the other is close contact transmission, in which the human body comes into contact with an object contaminated with saliva from a patient with neocoronavirus and then comes into contact with his/her mouth and nose, which in turn leads to infection through the respiratory tract.
It is recommended that you consult a medical professional regarding the prevention and control of the new coronavirus.
