At present, I treat a total of 41 cases of various types of celiac disease, the treatment experience is described as follows (because there is no large sample of data to support, for the time being is still a single physician’s personal experience, only for patient reference): 1, the thoracic duct has its important physiological significance, surgical ligation is not recommended; 2, conservative treatment, can cure the vast majority of celiac disease; 3, the thoracic duct ligation aggravated (unilateral to bilateral, even combined with celiac disease), some patients are still can be cured or effectively controlled. The above 3 suggestions will hopefully help patients with celiac disease.
