What’s wrong with a child’s arm turning out?

Children’s arm ectropion may be due to elbow joint fracture, congenital arm ectropion, poor fracture repositioning and other factors.
1. Elbow joint fracture: for children, nature will be more playful, may accidentally fall and collision, thus causing elbow joint fracture, the growth potential of the epiphyseal plate at the fracture site is damaged, which will cause the phenomenon of arm ectropion.
2. Congenital arm ectropion: the carrying angle of the elbow joint is about 10-15 degrees, some patients may be due to congenital deformity and mutation, thus causing the carrying angle of the elbow joint to be obviously greater than 15 degrees, so the symptoms of arm ectropion in children will appear.
3. Poor fracture repositioning: children’s arm ectopia, also does not exclude the possibility of poor fracture repositioning, because the fracture line is poorly aligned, not accurately repositioned, resulting in arm ectopia.
There are many reasons for children’s arm ectropion, and other reasons cannot be ruled out, so it is necessary to cooperate with the doctor for further examination to clarify the cause and then do the treatment and therapy.
