1. typical symptoms are painless progressive superficial lymph node enlargement; 2. bone marrow aspiration examination is helpful to confirm the diagnosis and staging; 3. X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasonography and radionuclide bone scan are helpful to clinical staging; 4. pathological examination is obtained early for complete enlarged lymph node biopsy, and pathological biopsy can usually be done to confirm the diagnosis by staging.
