How to treat blepharitis

In the early stages of blepharitis, that is, as soon as blepharitis is detected, local anti-inflammatory treatment should be given immediately, such as gatifloxacin eye drops, levofloxacin eye drops, 4-5 times daily, erythromycin eye ointment or compound tobramycin eye ointment for the eyes at night before bedtime, and also local heat compresses, hot water bags or hot towels, which can promote the absorption of inflammation. If the inflammatory reaction of the eyelid such as redness, swelling and pain is more serious, you can also take oral cephalosporin and amoxicillin antibacterial drugs for 3-5 days. If white pus is found to appear, go to the hospital and have the pus head picked out by a physician under surface anesthetic, and continue with hot compresses and local anti-inflammatory treatment after picking out the pus head, the inflammation will subside quickly.
