Adrenaline hydrochloride injection has both α-receptor and β-receptor agonism, α-receptor agonism can cause vasoconstriction of the skin, mucous membranes and viscera, β-receptor agonism can cause coronary vasodilatation, excitation of skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, increased heart rate, bronchial smooth muscle and gastrointestinal smooth muscle relaxation.
