Increased leucorrhea with a tofu-like consistency is considered to be a case of vulvovaginal Pseudomonas infection. A common vaginitis caused mainly by Pseudomonas. It manifests as vulvar itching, burning, painful intercourse and painful urination, with more vaginal discharge in some patients. The urinary frequency symptom is a painful irritation of the edematous external cause and vestibule by urine during urination. The secretion consists of exfoliated epithelial cells and mycelial yeast combined with pseudomycorrhiza, characterized by a white, sticky, scaly or pea-like consistency. Gynecologic examination reveals erythema and edema of the vulva, commonly with scratch marks. According to the patient’s condition, topical or systemic application of antifungal drugs is chosen, which can be combined with sodium bicarbonate rinse, clotrimazole suppositories or dacrynic acid, mycobacterial suppositories, and topical vaginal medication.
