The distal radius fracture is seldom displaced and most of them can be well recovered through immobilization after reset, but it may be displaced if it is moved too soon or after swelling is eliminated. The main manifestations of displacement are increased swelling and pain, local deformity, abnormal activities, numbness of fingers, etc., which need to be consulted and treated in time. 1. Increased swelling and pain: the fracture of distal radius is close to the wrist joint, and when it is displaced, it will stimulate the surrounding tissues and cause obvious swelling and pain in the wrist joint, which cannot be improved after resting. 2. Local deformity: it is the most common symptom, due to the displacement, the fracture loses its normal position, which is manifested as localized bone bulging and deformation, and some of them can appear as forked hand and gunshot hand. 3. Abnormal activities: due to the displacement of the fracture, the wrist joint will have abnormal activities, and the amplitude and angle of activities will be changed. 4. Numbness of fingers: If the fracture is significantly displaced, it may compress the median nerve of the wrist, which may affect the numbness of fingers and pain of nerve endings. When the patient has a clear distal radius fracture, after the treatment of reduction, it should be reviewed regularly. If there is any dislocation, it should be consulted in time, and according to the fracture condition, it should be given reduction or surgical treatment, so as to avoid the after-effects.
