No hepatitis but cirrhosis

Cirrhosis appears directly without hepatitis, which may be caused by alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, long-term cholestasis, drug factors and so on. 1. Alcoholic liver disease: long-term heavy drinking can cause chronic alcoholism, leading to diffuse fibrosis of liver tissue, and then cirrhosis. 2. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease: long-term consumption of greasy food or excessive obesity can lead to fatty degeneration of liver tissue, fibrosis and cirrhosis. 3. Long-term biliary stasis: such as bile duct stones, biliary roundworms, etc. can cause biliary tract obstruction, leading to stasis, resulting in degeneration of liver cells and progression to cirrhosis. 4. Drug factors: long-term use of certain drugs, such as isoniazid, can cause damage to the liver and progress to cirrhosis. When cirrhosis occurs, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to avoid the progression of the disease.
