Do Tretinoins Cure Migraines

Triptans can treat migraine headaches.
The efficacy of Tretinoin in migraine headaches is well established, and disease guidelines indicate that NSAIDs such as ibuprofen and Tretinoin such as sumatriptan are preferred for the treatment of migraine headaches.
Triptans exert analgesic effects by selectively activating 5HT1 receptors. Common Triptans include sumatriptan, zolmitriptan, and rizatriptan. Triptans are effective in the treatment of migraine and are indicated for acute attacks of acute cyclic migraine and cluster headache.
Dizziness, weakness, fatigue and other discomforts may occur during drug use. And it is contraindicated in women with a history of heart disease, poor liver and kidney function and breastfeeding. It should be noted that Tretinoin is also not recommended for analgesia in the elderly, and should be used with caution in patients with hemiplegic migraine. In order to avoid adverse drug reactions, the use of Tretinoin should be under the supervision of a physician.
