Cardiac anomalies, which are congenital malformations caused by abnormal development of the heart and large blood vessels during fetal life, are the most common heart disease in pediatric patients. Some patients die within 1 year, mostly due to the severity of the disease, without treatment. Some patients can close spontaneously due to mild lesions, while others, after active intervention, are able to live healthy lives. The treatment modalities are: i. Drug therapy. If the ductus arteriosus is not closed, the application of indomethacin within one week after birth can lead to its closure. Second, interventional treatment, such as closing the arterial duct, atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, etc. Third, bulb catheter dilation to treat pulmonary stenosis. IV. Cardiac surgery to treat complex malformations. V. Heart transplantation.
