In the follow-up treatment of endometrial cancer after stage I surgery, for women with good differentiation level and no invasion of deep myometrium and no high-risk factors, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are not needed. However, for women with poorly differentiated endometrial cancer, it is better to consider the depth of cancer cells infiltrating into the muscle layer, if the depth of infiltrating into the muscle layer is >1/2 layer and the cells are poorly differentiated, it is better to give corresponding radiotherapy and add or subtract chemotherapy. Therefore, the decision of chemotherapy is based on the depth of invasion of cancer cells into the muscle layer and the differentiation level of cancer cells.
