The treatment of intestinal obstruction can be categorized into conservative treatment, drug treatment, and surgery. If it is caused by poor gas and defecation, enema treatment can be given, and the enema solution can be saline or paraffin oil. Some patients can also be treated with oral medications to promote power, such as mosapride. If it is considered that the intestinal obstruction is caused by inflammation and infection, antibiotics should be given, but if conservative treatment is ineffective, it may be necessary to carry out surgical exploration again, and carry out appropriate surgery to separate the adhesion, or even remove the intestinal tube.
