What are the general procedures for exoskeleton sterilization

The general procedures for exoskeleton disinfection are tap water rinsing, alcohol soaking, disinfectant disinfection, and sterile water rinsing. There are more procedures for exoskeleton disinfection, which firstly need to be rinsed with tap water for more than 30min, then soaked with 70% to 75% alcohol for 30 seconds, then then surface disinfection of exoskeleton using disinfectant for 3-10min, and finally rinsed with sterile water for 3-10 times. Attention is needed when surface disinfecting and sterilizing the exosomes: 1. the exosomes should be trimmed, surface cleaned and rinsed with running water in a timely manner after retrieval. 2. According to the type of exoskeleton, the time of retrieval and the degree of old and tender comprehensively determine the sterilization program. 3. Strictly grasp the alcohol sterilization time. 4. The sterilizing solution should submerge the material, gently shake at any time, and the desired exosome should be cut as soon as possible after surface sterilization and accessed into the culture medium, in order to reduce the exposure time of the exosome in the air, and to avoid air-drying and browning. Sterilization of exosomes needs to be cleaned in strict accordance with the sterilization procedure to avoid adverse effects.
